of paper and collect our fees. We explain what the numbers mean, we
help you identify trends, we point out areas of concern, we ask the
hard questions and keep you on track.
- We will do your books at your
location or ours!Why is this ideal? If you chose to have us into your
office, you are there to monitor our progress - if we say we worked
on your account for 2 hours, you will know we did because you saw
us do it. We won’t lose your paperwork - it never leaves your location!
You don't have to leave your location - we come in, set up shop and
go to work, if we have a question, you are there so we ask (no guesswork!)
You are free to continue running your business! However, if you do
not have the ability to bring us into your location, or you simply
prefer to keep your bookkeeping out of your office, we also have a
fully functional office where you can rest assured knowing your information
is safe and secure.
- We are flexible.You want your books done once
a month? Once a week? Once a day? Whatever you want, we will do it.
You want them done on the evenings or the weekend? We can arrange
this. You don't want them done at your office? We will do them at
ours. Do you want to write the checks or do you want us to write them?
Do you want us to provide everything from answering the phones to
a tax return? We are there. Do you want us just to do your books at
year end and take them to another tax preparer? We can handle that
too! We are committed to meeting your needs! As long as it is not
unethical or illegal, we will be happy to assist you in whatever way
works best for you!
- We offer fair and Competitive rates. $45 dollars
per hour for basic bookkeeping performed by a staff bookkeeper. Boy
do we do a lot with that hour! Others may charge a flat rate per month
(say $150) - if it only took them 2 hours to do all your work, you
just paid them $75 per hour! Maybe they charge by the entry - great,
a few cents per entry sounds like a deal, but think about how many
transactions you have in a month - is it still a good deal? And, do
you get more than a piece of paper at the end of the month? Can they/will
they answer questions or make suggestions to help you run your business
better? Do they care about the success of your business, or are you
just a number to them? Do you really know who is doing your books?
Sometime people assume that the principal of the business is doing
the work, when in reality it is a staff bookkeeper that you never
see nor do you ever get to talk directly to them. Here, all of our
clients have a unique and direct relationship with the person who
is working on their account, as well as access to the principals in
the business for any more advanced work. Bottom line, we offer value
and service for a reasonable, predictable price.
- We can provide you with the software and training to bring your
bookkeeping in house should you grow to a point that this is the
best course of action for your business. We will provide your
files too. Think of all the data entry time this will save! We
will happily teach your employee to do our job, though this is
charged at the higher consulting rates, we believe in continuing
to help you grow, even though you may have outgrown us! We will
also point out when we think you may want to consider an employee
- will the other guys?
- We have secure data storage. We realize how detrimental it
can be if someone else gets hold of your information. We also
know how much of a disaster a computer failure can be. We have
a secure offsite back up system that backs up all data that is
done in our office. To protect the work that is done at your office,
we back up your data as part of our visit and restore it on our
secure server.
- We think of ourselves as part of your management team.We are
interested in your success, not just our profits.
- We bring our education with us. Many people doing books (whether
they be business owners doing their own books or some bookkeepers)
have no formal accounting education. We do.
