Why choose All About Numbers for your
Payroll Needs?
- We are committed to keeping you compliant. The governments change every
year - they require new forms, new reports, new deadlines, new rates. We make
sure your are current with everything they require.
- We are competitively priced. We will not “nickel and dime” you for what
should be covered as basic service. We believe basic service includes process
payroll, preparing the payroll taxes, preparing all quarterly and year end
payroll reports and W2’s, and making sure your payroll is completed on time.
The “BIG GUYS” often will quote you a rate that sounds great, but if you want
anything more than payroll processed, they charge. They also charge for year
end and quarter ends. This is all included in our cost.
- We keep you in control of your funds - we do not sign checks, access your
bank account or require any funds form you (except, of course, payment of
our fees!) We do not pull your payroll taxes out of your account and put them
in our “trust account” where we earn the interest waiting for those taxes
to become due…did you know that this is a significant money maker for the
“BIG GUYS?” AND they charge you for this “service!” (Arrangements can be made
at your election for checks to be authorized on your behalf and for your payroll
taxes to be pulled from your bank account directly to the government, never
will we put your funds into our accounts, however!)
- There are no hidden charges - you will always know what you are paying and
when you are paying it.
- We offer a short turn around - call it in today, get your checks tomorrow
at the latest! Have an emergency and need a check RIGHT NOW? We have got that
covered too!
- We file all the awful paperwork for you. Do you really enjoy balancing all
those government reports? We do!
- We are local to the Stockton community - we are not some big business up
in Sacramento or a bank based out of who-knows-where. With them, if there
is a mistake, (this is not a perfect world) your corrections will have to
wait. With All About Numbers, if there is a mistake, we can fix your paychecks
immediately with same day replacement delivery! Mistakes can be yours (oops-
Charlie had 32 hours not 23 hours!) OR ours (we are human too…we don’t expect
to make mistakes, but sometimes they happen).
- If you later decide to take payroll in house, we can provide you with software
and training to make it happen. Plus, we will supply you with all your data
electronically, so you won’t have to do all that data entry!
- We will provide whatever you need. We will work with you to handle certified
payrolls, employee deductions, benefits administration, workers compensation
reporting, garnishment processing etc. - we offer more than just number crunching!
- We are relationship oriented. You will know us, you will see us, you will
talk with us. We want to be your allies in the business world. Dealing with
payroll can be complicated, but we are here to walk along side you every step
of the way!
