- Client enters payroll online.
- Checks are prepared for direct deposit and paycheck stubs are available online for PDF download.
- Payroll reports are prepared and available online for PDF download.
- Payroll tax deposits and electronic payments are made to the appropriate Federal and State agencies in a timely manner.
- Quarterly and Annual Federal and State Payroll Tax Returns are filed electronically with the appropriate agency in a timely manner.
- No per payroll charges. Includes an unlimited number of payrolls and up to 10 employees! Additional employees are $4.00 per month.
- Additional fees apply for annual W-2s and 1099s.
- One time set up fees may apply.
Full Service Payroll
- Payroll is called or e-mailed in by client and entered in by All About Numbers.
- Client has the option of direct deposit and/or paper checks printed by All About Numbers.
- Paycheck stubs are available online for PDF download.
- Payroll reports are prepared and either e-mailed to client or available online for PDF download.
- Payroll tax deposits and electronic payments are made to the appropriate Federal and State agencies in a timely manner.
- Quarterly and Annual Federal and State Payroll Tax Returns are filed electronically with the appropriate agency in a timely manner.
- Minimum charge of $50 per month.
- Additional fees apply for annual W-2s and 1099s.
- One time set up fees may apply.
